The pedigree of every member of Sing Baby Sing is impressive. Derek Green has worked with Stevie Wonder, Paolo Nutini, Pet Shop Boys, Brian Eno, Robbie Williams, Will Young, Kylie Minogue, Michael Jackson, Status Quo, Alison Moyet, Culture Club and Sarah B​rightman. Roy Carter used to be the bass player for The Foundations and guitarist with The Drifters. They are one of London’s most experienced vocalists/musicians with a documented pedigree, shared passion and enthusiasm for performing music and audience satisfaction, the perfect combination to guarantee a first class service of musical entertainment for any event.



Derek Green is a British singer, songwriter, who has built a reputation as an accomplished studio session background vocalist during the 1980s and 1990s.

He has also toured the world as a background vocalist with many leading British and international artists.

Known mainly for his exceptional falsetto voice, in addition he’s an accomplished baritone and bass vocalist. Vocally influenced by the dazzling and distinctive falsetto voices of Eddie Kendricks (The Temptations), Don McPherson (The Main Ingredient) & Philip Bailey (Earth, Wind & Fire).



Roy was born and raised in the East End of London, where he attended Goldsmith Music

College. Roy has had a very varied life in the music world, from Producing to writing to

performing, along with being Bassist for the ‘FOUNDATIONS’ and Guitarist with the ‘DRIFTERS’

plus Recording as guitarist with Grammy nominated and 5 million selling Album group

HEATWAVE, to arranging on D.C.Lee’s SONY title “See the Day”. Which went to #3 in the UK Charts



A musician, Studio producer and Mixing engineer, Ken was discovered by Roy Carter leading song worship in church.

Performing Vocals with the 'Soul Brothers', 'Soultime UK' 'Funky Weekend', & 'Simply Funky'

After doing a few appearances with Sing Baby Sing, he was asked to join permanently when the opportunity arose. Ken has been a member of the group for five years.



Nigel Hinds was born on the 23rd June 1987, he has been singing from the young age of 5. Nigel is a versatile vocalist that appreciates all types of music. He has many influences such as Prince, Eric Benet, Usher and Kim Burrell to name a few. Nigel has also been a support act for a few artists in the industry such as Basement Jaxx, Jagged Edge and Lemar. Released his first EP entitled "Gotta Get Away" and performed Vocals with the Nya King (Whitney Tribute) and 'Soul Brothers', 'Soultime UK' 'Funky Weekend', & 'Simply Funky',.
